Your choice to support Candlelight Inspiration is honored in all aspects of our preparation to deliver a quality product to you. Your ultimate satisfaction is important to us. However, we understand that mishaps occur during shipping that are out of our control. If your order arrives damaged we want to hear from you.
Do not return the damaged product. Simply contact us within 10 days of the delivery date and share your concern by emailing us at contact@candlelightinspiration.com. Photos depicting the overall damage and issues with the order along with proof of purchase should accompany the request for replacement or refund. These items are required as part of the approval process. Candlelight Inspiration will review the matter for refund or replacement only with the required information.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item send an email for our review and approval at contact@candlelightinspiration.com within 10 days of the delivery date and share your concern. Return items once approved and a return authorization with the address has been issued to you.
Opened and used items may not be returned.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items, including if damaged, lost or stolen upon return.
We do not accept exchanges.
